David J. Paliotti has been a Partner at Greenbaum, Nagel, Fisher & Paliotti LLP since 1994. His practice is concentrated in business and consumer litigation, commercial and residential landlord-tenant litigation, and all types of real estate matters, including representation of developers, lenders, buyers, and sellers in real estate transactions, zoning and permitting. Community Mr. Paliotti lives in Marshfield, Massachusetts and previously served on the Marshfield Historical Commission and Community Preservation Commission. Additional interests include boating, snorkeling and competitive driving events.
Education Mr. Paliotti graduated cum laude from Boston College in 1982, majoring in Political Science, and is a 1985 graduate of Suffolk University School of Law.
