Expertise
David J. Paliotti has been a Partner at Greenbaum, Nagel, Fisher & Paliotti LLP since 1994. His practice is concentrated in business and consumer litigation, commercial and residential landlord-tenant litigation, and all types of real estate matters, including representation of developers, lenders, buyers, and sellers in real estate transactions, zoning and permitting. Mr. Paliotti has successfully conducted numerous trials and has litigated cases in the following courts:

Licensed to practice in Massachusetts, Mr. Paliotti is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

Community
Mr. Paliotti lives in Marshfield, Massachusetts and previously served on the Marshfield Historical Commission and Community Preservation Commission. Additional interests include boating, snorkeling and competitive driving events.

Education
Mr. Paliotti graduated cum laude from Boston College in 1982, majoring in Political Science, and is a 1985 graduate of Suffolk University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
