Litigation Mr. Greenbaum has significant litigation experience in both District and Superior Courts. In addition to the Massachusetts State Courts, he has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has successfully litigated numerous real estate, zoning, and commercial matters, and has extensive experience at both the Massachusetts Appeals Court, and the Supreme Judicial Court.
Education Mr. Greenbaum earned his B.A. in Russian Studies from Lehigh University and is a graduate of Boston University School of Law and the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) litigation program. | |
